Clinical Care
Subspecialty care for the hand, wrist, and upper extremity — from carpal tunnel to complex microsurgical reconstruction. Serving Greenwich, CT and Harrison, NY.
Philosophy of Care
Every patient who walks through my door receives my full attention — not a template, not a rushed consultation. I take the time to understand each person's goals, lifestyle, and expectations before recommending any course of treatment.
My approach combines subspecialty surgical precision with the accessibility and personal attention you'd expect from a physician who genuinely invests in outcomes.

Pioneering Procedure
Dr. Wei was the first surgeon in Connecticut to perform carpal tunnel release using the Sonex Health UltraGuideCTR™ system — an innovative, minimally invasive technique performed entirely in the office under local anesthesia.
Traditional carpal tunnel release requires either an open incision or an endoscope. Ultrasound-guided CTR uses real-time imaging to guide a specialized instrument — offering exceptional precision with a smaller incision and faster recovery.
Most patients return to light activity within days and experience complete symptom relief with minimal downtime. No operating room, no general anesthesia, no stitches in most cases.
